Quarterly Fund Transfer Requests
This section documents how funds received by the Library are administered and contains an archive of requests issued starting with the 2012-2013 Fiscal Year.
Richmond County Treasurer
The Treasurer for Richmond County maintains an account into which all funds received by the Library are deposited. When funds are needed to pay obligations of the Library, either vendor invoices approved by the Library and Board of Trustees or a formal letter of request approved by the Library and the Board of Trustees, are sent to the County Treasurer for payment. The most significant of these payments are made to Rappahannock Community College for its expenses in operating the Library Such payments are made in quarterly increments.
