Summer Reading 2024

This year, RCPL is pleased to present our
Summer Reading 2024 Challenge for all ages!


To get started you simply need to:

1. Stop by the library starting June 1st to sign up and pick up your FREE GIFT and reading log.

2. Log each week’s reading minutes and return for weekly prizes.

3. Upon completion of all 4 weeks of reading, your name will be entered in the Grand Prize Drawing.

PRIZES:
1st Prize — Family 4pk to Luray Caverns
2nd Prize — $25 gift card to Walmart
3rd Prize — $15 gift card to Michelle’s Sweet Treats Bakery

Raging Reptiles LLC
Join the folks from Raging Reptiles as they explain the habits of the reptiles and let you meet and greet them

Wednesday, June 12 at 10 AM
Mad Science of Central Virginia
Up, Up and Away program will introduce you to the principles of air and pressure
*Best for ages 5 and up

 

Tuesday, June 25th at 10 AM
Magician Joe Romano
His exciting show “Books! The Magic is Real!” will amaze you with his illusions and magic
*For all ages
